Can you believe it, summer is over and a new school year is here ~ again.

Too soon, wailed the kids. Too expensive, wailed the parents.

Tuition Fee Hike again. Right. Like any other basic commodity in our country, prices are zooming up faster than our salaries are going up.

What characteristics of a school
are you looking for?

As a parent, there are a few pre-requisites that I look for in a school before choosing that for my son (children)

• It must be a Catholic School.
• Location : This is a critical part in my decision; Is it near our place? If it is far & prices of fuel has no sign of stopping to zoom up, then I think its unwise to pick a school that is 1 hour away. So, I want a School near our home.
  
• Co-ed or Same Sex School. I was in a Co-ed school before and I was also in a same sex school..I want my son to be in a Co-ed school. So that he won't be so alienated with the opposite sex.
• I want my son to be in a Private school.

That's it for now. Those are my 4 point to consider when choosing a school for my child.
