Bad Credit

I was told by a friend that more and more houses in the States are left abandoned by owners because they cannot afford the mortgages anymore. I never really realized the severity of the situation all over the world because I am one of the lucky few who enjoy a comfortable life. I was not born with silver spoon but I am happy to say we live a simple and good life.

I only live within my means and I never find myself swimming in debt because I don't have one. I guess this is also because I never found credit cards enticing. I receive about 3 calls everyday offering me credit card or personal loan saying its easy to apply etc. etc but I never really give in knowing that when I do start using the card, interest rates pile up and if I don't pay the bank right away, I might be paying double later because of the interest. It is easy to get a credit card nowadays, requirements are at its minimum.

But how do we know which card to get if eve we do decide to get one? I am guilty of deciding which card by what freebies they offer not minding how much they charge for the interest. However, knowing that I realized, that before deciding on the best credit card for you, its best to see what out there first. But, what about those people have a bad credit credit cards history? Do they still have a choice of the best credit card for them? Of course they do and it is advisable to shop around first for the best credit offer that fits their needs, regardless of a bad credit history.

Credit card is somewhat a temptation. When you have one you become an impulsive buyer before you know it your debt is as high as you.
