Sepia Scenes #7

sepiascene.jpg

Photobucket

I took this picture last Tuesday when we were heading home to Cebu back from Ormoc. The boat looks really old (because its actually old! lol) and I can't help take a snapshot of it. Many of the boats here in the Philippines look like that and some even worse.

More Sepia Scenes, here.

Truly OLD makes for a great sepia, huh? Mine is truly old too!

I like it...love the boat in sepia.

The old boat and the sepia effect make the photo look much older than it is. Nothing in the photo gives away that it was really taken in the present.
Nice job!

What I really like about this picture is that it could have been taken anywhere in the world. I was wondering where Queen City was in the South (thinking the American south). Then I went looking and found you half way around the world. Silly me. Truly a universal shot.

Nice overall impression of this boat, thanks to the sepia effect.

It does have a really vintage look and I would not have been surprised if you had said it was an old photo. I was surprised to find out that it wasn't!
