Aiming for a Healthy Breakfast

Ozzy has been very difficult to feed in the mornings! He generally doesn't like eating breakfast foods. The only food he like to eat in the mornings is egg white. Egg white (make sure there's no yellow in there for he'll know) and rice. That's it. Other days when we don't serve sunny side up eggs we would give him hot dog or scrambled eggs. However he doesn't like this so we end up giving him bread which he would eat like 2-3 bites of!

So in the end - we give him milk. Which is fine. But I get bothered at times because I know how important breakfast is (its also my favorite meal..). Sometimes I give him fruit or yogurt in the morning too. Aside from these, I've been looking for quick and healthy breakfast ideas for toddlers. Some promising ideas include: oatmeal, cereals and pancakes. Yummm - pancakes! Which reminds me of our new waffle maker...I will definitely include pancake mix in the next grocery trip.

What else?

naku, naku, yan din ang problema ko. lalo na pag may mga summer activities si anevay in the morning gusto ko nagbreakfast sya bago umalis kaso ayaw. ang pinakaquick na iprepare and madaling ipakain sa kanya is oatmeal. o kaya rice and chicken nuggets. nde nga to kumakain ng egg tsaka hotdog eh. ang term nya is yucky food daw un. kalokah!
