My sister who works for a call center was talking about Busines VOIP and how Xpander Communications, a leading business VoIP phone provider was recently named Provider of the Month for March of 2009 on myvoipprovider.com. Now I have NO-ZERO-ZILCH-NADA idea what she was talking about at first but she explained to me the benefits of Voice over Internet Provider (VoIP) service.
